We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit through our contact form is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and to determine whether we can be of service to you. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your information with third parties or use your contact details for any purpose beyond the conversation you initiated.

Google Analytics data is used in aggregate form to understand site performance and improve our content. It is never used to identify individual visitors.

We do not use any other third party services that process personal data.

International Data Transfers

Basalt Labs serves clients globally. If you are contacting us from the European Union, United Kingdom or any jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions, please be aware that your information may be processed in servers located outside your jurisdiction. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with applicable data protection law.
